No, all of our products are free of sulfates and parabens.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, most of our products are vegan. If a product is not vegan, it will be clearly identified on our website.
How long before I can receive my order?
The process time is 24-48 hours. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 4-7 business days depending on the shipping method chosen.
Do you ship internationally?
No we do not ship internationally at this time.
What carrier do you use?
We currently use a variety of shipping companies (FedEx, UPS, and USPS). We’re constantly exploring options to get your order to you quicker and more efficiently.
Where can I find my tracking information?
Tracking number will be sent automatically once you order ships to the contact information provided when you place your order. You can also view your shipments directly on your account.
How much is shipping?
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.
What Is Your Return/Exchange Policy?
You may return the item(s) to us within 30 days of your purchase for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in original condition and original packaging (manufacturer's box, plastic bags, etc) accompanied by receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is the result of an error by TUJGLOW Skincare. Please note that the original and return shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded or reimbursed under any circumstances. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
